With the objective of a tribute to eternal singer of Viper, Angra, Shaman and many other projects, RAGE IN MY EYES created a song dedicated to the singer, entitled “I Don’t Want to Say Goodbye”. The song, released in lyric video format, produced by Carlos Fides, from Artside Studio, had the participation of about 100 fans, who sent photos with their idol, at different times of his career. Known for his charisma and simplicity, each photo shows an authentic joy, in both parts, demonstrating the affection of the fans and the retribution on the part of Andre Matos.
To further illustrate the tribute, an exclusive art was created, created by graphic artist João Duarte, which will be used as a cover for the release of a single from the song, as bassist Pedro Fauth explained: “We decided to release only the lyric video at this time , which best expresses our tribute, with the participation of fans and their photos with Andre. We were honored with the support of this hundred friends who immediately collaborated with our proposal. We also thank João Duarte immensely for the beautiful cover, which will soon illustrate the single on digital platforms ”.
